In addition, Joy is VP of the Falls Village Chapter of the American Field Service Youth Exchange Program (AFS). The Salisbury Rotary Club awarded the 2010 Rotarian Of The Year Award to Joy in recognition of her life-long dedication, leadership, and continuing volunteerism in a variety of community organizations.
