Larry Dulude - Board Member since 2007
Larry is a career Marketing professional with 25 years experience in major corporations. For the last 10 years, he has built a strategic marketing consultancy serving companies in the Automotive and other markets. He has raced competitively for 30 years, and has instructed beginning race drivers and new street drivers.
 


 

Rich Gensheimer - Board Member since 2007
Rich is a veteran director and cinematographer. He has produced hundreds of commercials, broadcast sports segments, corporate productions and documentaries since the late ‘70’s. Several of his award-winning television programs continue to be shown and distributed to schools, museums and libraries and shown on the Public Television Network.
 


 

Tim Healey - Board Member since 2007
Tim Healey is the Director of Safety for The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection & Insurance Company. As part of his occupational safety efforts, defensive driver/driver performance improvement training is fundamental to his training programs. Keith Johnson - Board Member since 2007
Keith, in his retirement, is the voluntary writer of Wheels an automotive feature articles for his local newspaper, the Lakeville Journal. Previously, he was a senior editor of Fortune magazine. He spent most of his career as a writer, correspondent, and editor at Time Inc. publications. He is a graduate of Exeter and Cornell.
 


 

Peter Marcucio - Board Member since 2009
Peter Marcucio is the newest member of the Survive the Drive team. He has been with the Connecticut State Police since 1997 and received numerous awards and recognition for his work with youth, MADD, D.A.R.E and domestic violence. Pete has special certification as a Police Academy instructor/trainer as well as DARE, defensive and precision driving, working with children and teenagers, Resident Trooper training and basic crime scene investigation. As one of the trainers for the high school programs for new drivers done at Lime Rock Park, Pete has been well received by the students, parents and faculty.
 


 

Judith Messer - Board Member since 2009
Judith Messer has been a welcome addition to the board as our publicist. She has covered many hours at the Survive the Drive Lime Rock Midway booth with her husband Pete sharing the Survive the Drive mission. Judy brings an “education” element necessary to the task of signing up schools for presentations. Sam Posey - Board Member since 2007
Sam is an accomplished professional racecar driver of nearly twenty years. His career highlights include a fifth place in the Indianapolis 500, a win in the Twelve Hours of Sebring and racing at Daytona and Lemans. After retiring from the track, Posey became a race event commentator for ABC, winning an Emmy Award in sports writing for Trans Antarctica, the International Expedition. Frank Weller - Board Member since 2007
Frank is a videographer and operates “Getting the Picture” a movie location search business. He has acted in several feature films. Frank also administrates “Equine Angels”, an animal rescue organization that provides adoption for Premarin mares and foals. Frank also ran “the Cow’s Outside” a leather products business for 30 years. Frank has traveled extensively with AmeriCares International for health crisis and disaster relief.
 


 

Richard Wiehl - Board Member since 2007
Rich is the president of Consumers Petroleum of Ct in Trumbull, Ct, a gasoline distributor serving Connecticut gas stations since 1936 and is the past president of the Independent Connecticut Petroleum Association and past Operations Committee chair for Petroleum Marketers of America. Rich is a current member of Sports Car Club of America
 


 

John Fitch - Honorary Board Member
